Employer Giving

Some employers will make a financial donation to a charity of your choice based on the number of hours you volunteer for PTA or another eligible non-profit, like Girl Scouts. And those workplace donations can really add up! 

Take PTA member Courtney E., who works for Booz Allen Hamilton. Based on her volunteer hours during the 2023-24 school year, Booz Allen donated $487.50 to PTA. That's enough to fund multiple staff grants. And all from a single person's volunteer work.

Ask your HR department if they participate in a workplace giving program and how you can sign up.
