Abingdon Elementary School PTA

The Abingdon PTA is here to support student success, strong family-school partnerships, our teachers and staff, and to foster a strong Abingdon community.

Our fundraising supports classroom needs, field trips, a weekly food pantry that provides food to hundreds of community members, community events, and educational development opportunities.  Your support helps ensure that our school and students are able to get what they need to learn and grow. 

We welcome any volunteers, and have many opportunities to support PTA efforts during off-hours, and from home.  If interested, please contact us. 

The PTA General Membership meets every other month during the school year, with meetings for the 2026-2027 school year scheduled for 6:00pm in the Abingdon Library:

• Monday, May 24, 2027

Childcare will be provided.  Agenda and minutes from the previous  meeting will be emailed to membership one week in advance of the meeting. A Zoom link will also be provided to join the meeting virtually.

Abingdon 2025-2026 Yearbooks Still Available

If you missed your chance to buy the 2025-2026 edition of the Abingdon yearbook at the end of the school year, copies are still available for purchase. You can order online here and arrange to pick up at the school over the summer.
